Consulting - We begin by consulting with your company to clearly define the issues you are facing and tailor a program of services to meet your needs and work within your defined budget. We'll help you determine what types of services you need, where and how often. Together, we'll custom design a program that works for you.
Representation - Your IW representative is part of your staff. He represents the interest of your company, and gives you the negotiation advantage of a native who "knows the ropes" and can lend valuable skills to negotiations.
Sorting - When shipments arrive at your customers' plants, your IW representative is on hand to inspect the entire shipment and sort out any damaged items to avoid entire shipment rejection.
Reworking - In many cases, items deemed "damaged" by foreign plants require only minimal reworking. By reworking your items on-site, your IW representative can solve the problem, avoiding the need for supplying and shipping replacement merchandise.
Documentation - All activity on your account is documented, including the number of rejected items in each shipment, the type and extent of rework, the total number of man hours, etc. So you're always "in the know" about your shipments.
Quality Systems Management - We provide the development and qualification of all processes in compliance with ISO/TS 16949:2002 and/or ISO 9001:2000. Oversight is provided by an IATF (International Automotive Task Force) accredited IW representative.
